Watch battery options

Well, OK, not really for a watch, but rather for one of those bicycle computers/speedo/distance trackers, etc.

The original battery was LR43, which is also equivalent to 186. But then there are a bunch of other similar battery types - same size, same voltage, but some are high drain, low drain, more capacity, less capacity... 301, 386, SR43W, SR43SW...

Which one am I better off with in this device? Does it matter much?
