Next engine oil change

I have just ticked over 13 months, 2000 miles and 1 track day in my Fiat Coupe. Current fill is M1 5w50. Even though it was a high speed circuit and I have an oil cooler I saw constant 115C oil temps. I have a few track days planned over the next 6 months so Id rather change the oil now even if it's not spent. Original spec was 10w40 or 15w40 SH or A3. What do you prefer from my stash?

Valvoline 15w40 SL
Chevron 10w40 SN
Edge 0w40 A3
Helix 5w40 A3
M1 5w50

Dont know about the fiat but I'd take the 5w40 for my motor (if I had to, that is, I have a nice stash of millers, redline, gulf and valvoline)
