My Rare 1998 Saturn SC2 "Red Hot" has a cloth headliner and is somewhat dirty.

What is the best cleaner to use to get it looking nice again?

Also, what pad to use to rub it with so it don't damage the cloth?

Thanks!

if you are looking for a gentle cleaner woolite mixed 10parts water to one part woolite is good and gentle.

I would recommend getting it professionally steam cleaned. Those headliners are quite delicate and it's easy to wrinkle or tear them.

I may get the whole thing replaced with new then.

Some dropped down (like most Saturns do...) and I used 3M Auto Headliner adhesive to stick it back up again.

Oxygen cleaner doesn't work much...

I think you have the right idea replacing it especially since it has sagged before. Any auto upholstery shop worth their salt can do a remarkable job and do so reasonably.
