What's the best way to clean a large epoxy coated garage floor?

This one is quite dirty, has not been cleaned in 10 years.

My father has just used the dish soap and warm water method for a number of years. Use a stiff-bristle broom and just scrub with warm water + dish soap, then rinse clean with the hose.

Stiff bristles can scratch epoxy floor.

If it's grease or oil I splash a bit of mineral spirits on it, scrub it with a stiff bristle broom, and then mop it up. Otherwise mine stays clean by just keeping it swept.

It has yet to scratch mine, and I've had it down for almost 20 years.

I've worked in two shops with epoxy floors. We mopped them with laundry detergent, usually Tide. The secret is to get the floor really wet, scrub the really bad spots, then mop the water and dirt off. Finish with clean water mopping.
