The Napa Gold filters are just Wix filters without the 5 prefix in the part number.

An example would be a Wix 51085 is a Napa Gold 1085.

I think the beta shows them around 95% @ 20 microns.

Keep in mind 40 microns is the diameter of a human hair.

If a filter was capturing 20 micron size particles 100% of the time, I'd be worried about flow.

Is that why a PureOne with 99.9% @ 20 microns can still flow like this?

Please read this whole thread:

Or a Fram Ultra which is rated at 99% @ 20 microns and flows just as good or better than the PureOne because of the full synthetic media. It's not impossible to have very good filtering efficiency and good flow. Those two filters are a prime example.

Besides, "filter flow" is basically a moot point (except under rare conditions) when there is a positive displacement oil pump moving oil through the filter & engine.

Just about everything on their site is now white-washed to be the 2/20=6/20 ...
