Delco AC082 oil filter

Not sure whether this should be in the humour section, but Monday I rang my local Toyota dealer (also Holden), and ordered an AC Delco oil filter (AC082)....for my Nissan.

About $13 cheaper than the Nissan dealer in the next town, and while not of the same construction exactly as the OEM Nissan filter, looks pretty much like a Donaldson that I used a change or so ago.

Just like putting a Motorcraft filter on a GM..or a Jeep. You know it will be fine, but it's like looking at circus sideshow. It's just doesn't look right and it's hard to turn away.

I've not found a motorcraft equivalent...am looking 'though

I used to use AC Delco classics on just about everything. (Ford, Toyota, Dodge, Nissan)
