Racor LFS 800,801, 802 and Oilguard

I've noticed the Oilguard looks just like the Racor filters.
Are they the same? Do the elements interchange?
Also, other than on-line, what shops sell the Racor in Canada, Ontario specifically?

Looks to me like racor is making the filters and they are just re-labeling them. There is another company doing the same thing with racors newer style bypass filters. Can't remember the name of the company though.
