Mixed 50/50 Delo 400 30w and 40w to get the 35w.
Last sample was Delvac which had 2.8% fuel and dropped 2.6 cst in half the miles.
Numbers are VOA/UOA

Delo has an awesome additive package. While there is no such thing as a 35W, it started out as a 40w and sheared to a 30w.

Short trips or any other reason for high fuel in the oil? Vacuum petcock leaking a bit?

How is the clutch and shift action over your run with these oils?

I do not short trip the bike. When I fire it up I ride at least 50 miles. Have not checked the petcock as I have had the tank off without it leaking a drop, but had suspected the float seats so will replace them next week.

Clutch/shifting action is good the entire interval with the mono's.
Ran 30w for 1k before and it was good but the mix of 30/40 feels better.

this is not a oil report...it is a fuel dilution report.

you need to turn that right hand on that little ninja more and put some wear on this oil!!!

with those kind of wear rates either your motor has no metal in it or the sun will go nova before it wears out.

mix your brew and ride forever!!!

Besides fuel (which hopefully will be a simple fix) your Delo brew did fantastic! TBN is awesome, wear metals, additive pack is incredibly strong after 2500 miles; I wouldn't change a thing!

Indeed, but the VOA of Delo400 by PQIA shows a lot less Ca and a lot more Mg for some reason. The add pack on this UOA sample is quite impressive indeed.

Will see on the next sample. Re-routed the crank breather and sealed that part of the airbox, hope that did the trick to take care of the fuel dilution. If so and the next sample looks good I will push it a little for mileage and see how it holds up.
