suggestion for 2010 kia optima LX

Hello all,

I'm looking for suggestions for my 2010 Kia Optima LX. It currently has 80000 miles on it - we use it mostly for local driving with some highway - I would say 75 / 25.

I am currently using QSDefy 5w-20 @ 5000 mile OCI.

Any issues you are trying to fix with a different oil? Is the engine Noisy (knocky)when hot?

If no, I would stay the course or try QSGB 5w20 if cost is an issue.

I like to try different oils in my Optima. At the moment I am running some free-after-rebate QSUD, and I can't complain. But of all the oils I've tried, I like Napa Syn the best, especially for the price. When its on sale, you can't beat it. I've tried Pennzoil, Pennzoil Platinum and Pennzoil Ultra and I would run any of those in a heartbeat if I got them for a good price.
