This is the way I look at it. Blackstone isn't expensive. There's clearly not an extra charge for the comments. They're not an essential part of the analysis. Read them or don't. Heed them or don't.

If you think their comments are useless, that's a good thing. That means you have paid attention and know how to interpret the data yourself!

Very interesting article. It does a good job giving an idea of what its like for them in the reports are bad.
I for one like the comments. Its good to get an experts personal opinion. And from a customer service perspective, its not to have that personal connection.
Im not good enough to read data on my own so maybe that's why I think this way.
