AC delco dexos 5w20

Hi,
I was at my US GM dealer to schedule an oil change on my Spark oil cap says 5w20 , According to dealer and exxon mobil Acdelco 5w20 is or / will(phased out) no longer be available , I can use any dexos 5w20syn or switch to the AC Delco 0w20. FWIW thats what they call for in the new Silverado Ecotec gen 3. ANy thoughts from people using 0w20 oil? Dealer said that should be no problems with warranty since GM Powertrain also has approved the use of 0W-20 oil for applications specifying 5W-20 oil. might be trying it out this weekend .

No issues. I'd run a 0w-20 over a 5w-20 for the cold-start performance.

Or run Valvoline Synpower 5w-20, It's dexos1 approved. Before it was approved it exceeded dexos1.

Or just pick any 0w20 blend/syn....
