Well it would be nice if Ford put a picture next to the part number but they don't - they don't even tell you the size.
Trust me is isn't any easier on the other side of the counter. So many times I have printed out a picture and said to the customer "does the bolt look like that smudge or the little dot."
Hardware is the most difficult part of the cataloging, what hurts is most are sold in packs of 6-8-10 so the customer that only needs one has to buy 8 because I am not getting stuck with the other 7 to babysit for years and waste the owners money.
