This mob geed up a decade or so ago, but typically only hunt down large volumes of consistent oil (like a turbine sump) as it's a predictable quantity (1,000L made up of 250 oil changes can have anything in it).
Most of the "recycling" is done by using the used oil as a fuel, or refinery feed, or going into bitumen and the like.
