After soaking the o2 sensor in kroil oil for three days , it's nots coming out. Wanting to weld a bung on the exhaust pipe before the the cat and relocate the sensor . Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

Are you talking about the rear o2 sensor? It has to stay where it is.

Kroil isn't going to help you. Heat and a cheater pipe might. Some combination of running the car to heat up the pipe but not the sensor...

Can you get it to turn at all? Usually if they turn really hard after they're broken loose, then you're doomed to damaged threads. If you simply can't budge it, then there may be hope. Many times, if you can crack them loose, they'll spin out by hand.

Which sensor is it?

It's the first sensor the one in the cast exhaust manifold , I didn't want to cut the wires , the car is still running and if the sensor has striped threads I'm afraid the engine would have to be pulled to replace the manifold

You may have to bite the bullet and nip the wire to get on the o2. Usually the threads in the fitting are not damaged, just the o2 itself. Many times the threads from the o2 will stay in the threads of the exhaust and you will need run a tap down through it get rid of them.
