00 RAV4 7410 mi on Shell T6

here is the first run of T6 in the RAV, looks ok but will wait for the second run to see how it really acts. previous runs were AMS ACD.

Looks like the T6 is gonna be a nice fit for that engine. Much thicker than the ACD and gives some room for fuel dilution. This engine is wearing nicely.

I think the next one will tell how it will do going forward. its been on ACD for quite a while so it may need more time to wash out. going to go to the bigger can when I run out of the ones I have now too.

small update to % fuel in oil
past few weeks its been cold and g/f been saying the heat doesn't seem to be what it use to be.
first though was heater core but I noticed that her temp gauge was not working properly. only came up to the middle after sitting in traffic for a while and then would drop like a rock at highway speed.
went and found my OBD2 scanner this weekend and found that the coolant temp is not coming up to where it should be and it kept going open loop. I suspect an open thermostat is causing this.
