Can anyone give any information on Comline filters

They seem cheap over here and very easy to get hold of, in particular I would like to change my fuel filter more often and using the Comline would let me do that as they are so much cheaper.
I would like to know what quality the filtration is and who actually makes them if anyone on here either knows or can find out.
