1992 Ford F150 4x4 tie rod torque specs?

I need the specs for the left inner tie rod. I can't seem to find it online anywhere. If you have it "that would be swell".........

Looks like the spec is 52 to 75 lbft ,that seems like a pretty wide variance though.

I guess that's for the cotter pin lining up. Is that for inner and outer? I just need inner but thought it would be nice to know for future reference.

Yes,all tie rod and drag link connections(everything after the pitman arm),as per the Haynes manual.
