Mobil 1 Advanced Synthetic 5W30 vs 10W30

I picked up 4 bottles of 4.4L Mobil 1 5W30 and 10W30 at $16/each....

Today I changed the oil/filter in my 2001 S2000 using M1 10W30 and OEM 15400-PCX-004 filter as it is going into winter storage.

Im curious between the M1 grades, which is better overall? Other than the viscosity,are both ad-packs the same?

Probably not the same.

5w30 carries way more certifications, FWIW.

Yep, pricematch Wal-Mart with the Canadian Tire Flyer which ends 09/10/13/ Canadian Tire had a Flyer error, Wal-mart still pricematched for me !

I suppose the pricing error wasn't much a problem for Canadian Tire. They're always out of stock the morning the sale starts anyhow. It would only affect them if people asked for rain checks.
