too bad they are not geared towards 225/45r17 or 225/40r18 tires found on the 2010 GTI.

I haven't had issues with the Kumho ECSTA Platinum LX in deep water, but I also tend to drive slower in inclement weather

This is my complaint on almost any other tire I ever bought! They all start out pretty good, and then decline tremendously fast as the tread gets worn down.

That IMO is the one thing that has always been much better about michelins, whether on my trucks or personal cars.
