Does anyone know what the equivalent Mobil1 filter is to the Purolator PL24458?
Thanks,
John
Thanks,

An M1-104 is the short/narrow version, an M1-105 is the short/fat version. The M1-105 has about 30% more capacity. I'm running the M1-105's on my Honda's.quote:

Be careful here neither of the M1-104 or M1-105 correlated back to the 14458 (via the WIX or Baldwin Cross reference. Like I said, not saying you are wrong.quote:

Hondas have only used two unique oil filters over the years, I believe the 24458 is made to replace the "older" filter. The other day I was looking at Supertech, and the guide says that ST2808 is used for both applications. So I don't know what's different about Honda's two filter?quote:

As far as I know, the usual Purolator filters for Honda are 14459, not 14458. (Just a typo, I guess.)
Can anyone explain the difference between the 24458 and 14459?
