I own Kia Ceed CRDI 1.6 2009, i filled it with oil B3, but car requires C3. This car is equipped with DPF.
How terrible is my mistake?
I have driven around 10 miles with it. I already ordered C3 oil, it will arrive in one week. Is there any risk of damage to drive this car for about a week and 300 miles?

That short duration won't be a problem. It will just add a little more ash to the particulate filter (if present) than a C3 oil would, assuming equal oil consumption.
