Whats the diff?

Anyone know what the difference betweeen "Valvoline Synpower Complete Fuel System Treatment" and the "Super Concentrated Fuel Injector Cleaner". How can one product clean the entire system while the other cleans only the fuel injectors?

Both have over 50% Kerosene. The CFSC simple has stated conventional solvents, whereas the SCIF doesn't tell us what the solvents are.

Better to use Redline Complete Fuel system cleaner which isn't a solvent base.
