Is there any proof one dino works better than the other? I have an extensive stash of 5w20 GTX and I totally forgot that there was 6 quarts of Havoline 5w30 sittin in the back shelf, I still have quite a while in before the rinse cycle (finally the shipment came in Yaaaa!), what are your thoughts? BTW is 2000kms equivalent to about 1500 miles?

I would use the thinner one to allow for a viscosity increase due to the rinse.

Gives you a little more headroom and also will allow it to be transported easier to the filter.
