gm windshield fluid,safe for paint surface?

Is gm windshield washer fluid safe to paint surfaces and rubber parts? The bottle dosnt say,that "dosnt harm paint or rubber parts",like shell windshield washer fluid does. The gm bottle just says,gm optikleen windshield washer solvent.Is it safe to use without making damage to paint or rubber parts?

I've used Optikleen for years and never had a problem with painted or rubber parts. I switched to Optikleen after using some cheap stuff and ruining the paint on the roof of my almost brand new car!

Optikleen is safe for paint and rubber part from my experance.
