I bought 5 bottles of the cd-2 high performance oil boost at $1.33 a piece and added 1 to my 93 Crown Vic. The car is running 5 quarts 5w30 conventional Maxlife (SM rated) and a Carquest oil filter. It seems like it's a good product judging by the threads I've read about it. Anyone else here use it? My plan is to add one bottle of it to my car every oil change.

Sounds like a good plan to me. A whole bottle will increase your zddp about 370 ppm. I will be adding the CD-2 or other zddp additives to my SL oil. A '93 Crown Vic would still have the pushrod 5.0 V8 right? That's a great engine.

So my motor's gonnna blow sky high tomorrow with this stuff in the oilpan?

The crown vic had the 4.6 since ~1992.

If you have the CD2, use it.

I still would like to see a recent VOA of this product.

1993 was the last year of the 5.0 in a Mustang
