I've looked for a oil that has this spec for a 2001 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 liter.I know Ford makes a oil for this trucj but I can't find another oil with this spec.Thanks Joe

That's an old spec that's been superseded, probably several times. In that 4.0, just use any SN/GF-5 5W-30 and you'll be just fine.

Any of today's oils are fine. Buy whatever Walmart has on sale this week

I used whatever the current API spec is and I never had an oil related problem with any customer's car.
