South Africa is not known for high quality manufacturing. LOL

I know that they have assembled knock down kits of BMWs, VW, and others and when you compare them to the European made twin there is no contest, the ZA product is pretty much terrible.

Pretty sloppy if in fact the gasket fell off before it was installed.

I had a Mann on the lorry, and ordered the Bosch by internet. No picture on internet, just a drawing showing a "same as Mann" Bosch filter.

When I received it, I was disappointed... The Bosch should do the job, but it is a economy building. Is weighs 20% less, and the media is not the strong paper used in the Mann, but soft paper like in car filters. I am not sure that it will not clog more easily in moist air... Also, there is less media, fewer folds in the Bosch...

If the Bosch was half price of the Mann, OK, I would understand. But at the same price...35$ each

But any consummer is free to buy the one he likes much

But it is nice to have the two in picture to choose, no just a improprer drawing on internet, so my post
