This Revenol MT-2 and the RAVENOL STF Synchromesh Transmission Fluid is one of those MTF's that have the same approximate viscosity as Dexron/Merc ATF fluids of 7.5 cSt.

The Ravenol MTF-3 is even thinner at 6.1 cSt.

They have a nice set of AW additve components.

I just have tried this in my 98 Honda, and i am very impressed. It is the first time that the transmission is shifting smooth as silk when Cold, e.g below 20°C outside.

Also its noticebale smother shifting when hot.

I have tried Castrol SMX and 75W, Liqui Moly 75W-80 and Honda MTF before, al these where difficult to shift while cold and not so smoth when hot compared to the Ravenol.

If you looking for a good Trasnmission Oil for your Honda, try the Ravenol MTF 2.
