Maybe but some have said that Redline isn't a good long interval oil.


This leads back to the old "there is no one best oil" argument so much as some that are more suitable for one application than others. If the above is true, then Red Line's oil is a lesser oil for long OCI. Also, if you're trying to blow your engine up with extreme temperatures or overloading it, the Red Line also might not work as well. Clearly, then, for one task it is not a good choice, and also for another task it is not a good choice.
