Aside from the score 'round the centre of the one lobe, they all look like normal roller cam lobes to me

It's probably a reference to a few comments made in a thread I started with pictures of my K24 engine. The cam lobes shared that same wear pattern, but there were a few comments of "looks like high wear on the lobes".
