I thought Quaker State oil filters were manufactured by Purolator (to QS specs), not directly by QS (at least in the past, maybe that's not true today?).
"95% @ 20 microns" ... about average filtration efficiency these days. Although, the Purolator Classic is a little better.
I still believe it's manufacture by Purolator to QS spec. To be honest, I think it's the same as Pepboy's Proline oil filter. For $2-3 at most places, it's a good filter.
