Well while I was out of country(New Zealand this time) my Dad broke something in MB again(not his fault, just funny as something always happens when he drives it).
Anyway he said he can't adjust seats and mirrors. I did a little research and found out that it is pretty common on w140. And my passenger mirror was "glitching before".
So if you have similar problem and you have folding mirrors- check them.
I went to autozone and got new 20A fuses, Found blown fuse (#30) in my case.
When I folded and Unfolded mirrors I saw some smoke coming from passenger mirror. Took it out and drove it home.
So now I was completely sure that it is insulation problem.
Taking mirror apart revealed that:

You can clearly see that original insulation has fallen apart.
Some regular black tape and 30 mins fixed the problem (new mirror is around $800).
So if you car has folding mirrors-check those.
Also I wonder why only passenger side mirror fails (most time judging by forums), maybe made in Malaysia stamp has to do something with it?

I will take apart driver mirror when I have nothing else to do.

Looking at that wiring reminds me of the harness problems we had on the Contour/Mystique models from the mid 90s.

Another reason I am glad I retired from FoMoCo.
