He must have worn one heck of jacket to cover 24qts. of oil. He really added some pounds with that Costco visit.

I liked the part about investigating to see if the other 50 quarts were stolen. Do oil bottles now have serial numbers?

He is right, it's too expensive. Try doing oil changes north of the border buddy! It's pretty close to double the price.

I wonder how much business he planned to crank with that theft?
When he gets to jail, he's sure going to have a cold start.
At least he got 8 blocks. Perhaps Mobil 1 really is a long distance oil.
If I were that costco owner I would be pistoned.
Maybe if he ran with 0w20 it wouldn't have weighed him down so much.
A lighter weight would have given him a fast start.
Once he was in the driveway, the had him quart-ered. His valves were on overdrive. His air intake was limited. Then he was seized and put in an emission hold. He just wouldn't turn over. It was a bad start.
The charge was either jail time or several deposits.
They gave a 5.2 year base number starting sentence. How well he will hold up is debatable based upon how he is run and if he's run hard.
