I still don't understand how an oil can be specific for rotary engines.

20w50 seems waaaay to thick for that engine, especially RL. Just curious, why that grade? Maybe I'm missing something.

Looking at the mobil website down here, they specify 20W-50 Mobil 1000...about as conventional as it gets.
