Auto-RX for Jeep 4.7??

Thinking about doing an Auto-Rx treatment for my Jeep. it has 122,000 miles. Do i need two treatments or will just one be enough. I know I have seen lots of good reveiws for this product, so my question is- is it really worth the $50 bucks for two treatments?? Is this stuff as good as everyone says it is??

I'd say use two, I did it on my 4.0 Cherokee last year, and it was great.
