Prior Post regarding Auto Rx

The was a post here within the last few weeks ago with pictures of before and after. It was the one that improved the compression by quite a bit.

I can't seem to find it (and I did look), can anyone steer me to it?

Well no wonder I couldn't find it, fat lady wasn't in my search criteria and I was using auto rx instead of arx.
