Apple Apologises to Samsung sort of-

I know that people on here including myself Either Highly dislike apple, Worship them or somewhere in between. I thought this article was interesting and something I've beensaying for years. It's easy for apple to throw money at a problem, BUT to have to admit their competiton didn't rip them is is Priceless.

I'm no fan of Apple, but I will say that "closed" platforms have the advantage of facilitating a smooth, unified user experience across multiple devices -- which has been a very, very important component of Apple's huge success.

odd thing is, Apple purchases components from Samsung. I believe that the A5 and A6 processors that apple uses in phones and tabs are manufactured at a Samsung plant here in the US

The galaxy tab is a nice tablet, but it is hard for similarities to not be seen. If it is not infringing, great, but I find a newspaper apology somewhat juvenile. Either there are damages and there is a monetary consequence, or not.
