Remington 700 BDL .270 value?

OK, I have a 700 BDL .270 in exceptional condition.
Bought new in 96'. Has Leupold scope as well.
Gun is easily in 95+% condition. Not used very much. Have the original case and strap.

So does anyone have any Ideas what this setup may be worth?
Just a ballpark. Its been a very long time since I have looked into guns and what their values are.

Which Leupold Scope? Magnification? If you are selling, most of the time you can get more if you sell them separately. 270 is a classic caliber and should sell easily
