I ordered a couple of gallons of FP last month as a Christmas present (for me of course). What I received was a gallon of FP and a gallon of LC. I e-mailed the service department as kind of an FYI and informed them of the error but I didn't ask them to do anything. I figured they would offer to pay shipping if I bought another gallon (which is fair and I would have been willing to do that). Instead, they simply sent me a free gallon of FP!!!! They can count me among their loyal customers.
