ARx impressions in '97 Blazer 4.3L V6

This thing had 110K miles on it. Bought it at 95K so don't know history. Doesn't burn a drop of oil. But it didn't run smooth and was doggy, so I tried ARx.

I was very skeptical that I would actually notice something.

I am 500 miles into the rinse cycle.

It used to feel doggy and gas pedal effort just made more sound than motion. Almost felt like it was towing something.

Now it revs better/faster, it responds to the gas pedal, and just feels peppier.

It isn't the placebo effect, I wasn't looking for the gain -- very noticeable.

I like!

Will probably try a second treatment.

Did you run cleaning cycle for 1,500 miles?

Yes, ran it 1500 miles. Part of that was a 700 mile road trip. I think that was better for it than the short hops around town and an occasional freeway stint.

Auto-Rx works if you work it. Do the second treatment look at what comes out of rinse oil.
Than go to 3 ounce maintenance and please post your steady increase in performance and MPG
