These are a series of UOAs I've done on a Gehl V270 skid steer we use on our farm. Using either Service Pro or Shell Rimula 15w-40. Using a cellulose Fleetguard LF3369 that is slightly larger than the stock filter. OEM recommended UOA is 250 hours. The first two UOAs, I changed oil and filter at the same time but still using the oil in the lastedst UOA.

Total hours 487, 991, 1740
UOA hours 240, 504, 749

Iron 16, 20, 28
Alum 1, 1, 1
Copp 21, 7, 3
Sili 5, 6, 8
Sod 3, 4, 3
Pot 2, 0, 0
Moly 10,8, 62
Anti 1, 0, 0
Bor 4, 5, 10
Phos 867, 993, 1119
Zinc 1043, 1200, 1315

Fuel >.1, >.1, >.1
Soot >.1, >.1, >.1
Vis 13.9, 13.5, 13.8
TBN 4.44, 4.92, 4.75
Oxid 13, 15, 13
Nitr 17, 19, 8

So the current oil change is a litte past 750 hours. Do you think I could go to 1250 hours and take another sample?

lol what?

the OP has quadrupled his OCI. at this point he is saving money.

Yes - I see extension of the OCi being very viable. You're no where near any reasonable condemnation limit. The Fe is low enough that it coule easily be doubled, if not trippled, and still be safe. The Cu and others are on the way down. I presume the Pb and Tn and Al are not listed because they are at or near zero? Contaminants are well under control, for sure.

Why not extend? Everything is telling you it's ok, data wise.

I think that will be a good idea. You can figure out what your comfortable with then adjust your OCI and UOA to meet your needs.
Looks good.
