Where do I put the grease on my disc pads?

See 19-21 step #8. The inner pad for the rear does not have a shim, and the arrows and wording clearly advise to advise M77 to the back of the pad itself. The original set of pads I removed from this generation TSX does have M77 on the back of the inner pad that contacts the caliper piston.
 
The anti-squeal paste provided by Mercedes is nothing more than copper antiseize.

I suspect Molykote M77 would be an upgrade for this application.

No, you must use high-temperature silicone paste on the slide pins. Ford makes a great product under the Motorcraft XG-3-A label.
