I plan to do an Auto-Rx on my 97 4.6L Ford sohc at 88,000 miles in a few weeks.
The oil I'm going to use is dino:
3 qts Chevron supreme 10/30 mixed with 2 qts of 10/40 of the same brand (i noticed that Cehv.supr 10/30 is at the thin end of a 30-weight)
Is this mixing of weights going to be a problem with Auto-Rx? or is it of no concern?
Juts thought I might check....

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Terry.
I'm planning to get a sample of the current oil( no ARx, 2800 miles) when I change oil next time, and then samples after ARx clean and rinse phases...then I can compare them (at least visually) with the color of the current oil with no ARx.

Is the "maintenance dose" recommended also for engines with less than 100k miles?
