How safe is LC/FP?

LC/FP may be one of the better things to happen to an automotive engine. But, how safe is it to humans and the environment? How much harm will the vapors do if inhaled? What about skin contact? Considering that it is a solvent, what precautions should be taken?

Do a search for the LC report. It has all the data.

They may contain solvents, but there is more to them that just that.
