finally a vertical shaft diesel

i see hatz diesel engines are available now in vertical shaft now. heres a link too there website and info on these motors. i have a rough cut that looking to get a motor soon. was thinking one of these.

Except the smallest one is like 65lbs. How much does a regular engine weigh?

Even a Honda commercial GXV-series engine weighs 25-30 pounds. 65 pounds would be quite hefty for a walk-behind mower application.

I have the 1b30s in my baldor dg3e generators(horizontal shaft). Those suckers are heavy, but pretty quiet imo.
