My oil cpacity is 3.9 quarts with filter. Should I add the entire 12 oz. to my car or just add 8 ounces so I have the proper 2 oz per quart of oil ratio? Thanks

It is my understanding that the Auto-RX is designed to work in the prescribed ratio of 2oz per Qt. My guess is extra would not help a whole lot.

You would probably be better off saving the extra 4 oz and use it two more times as a maintenance dose with the next two oil changes.

Auto-Rx is applied at a ratio of 2 ounces per quart (more is not better ) your extra Auto-Rx
should be used after cleansing and with your second oil change add 3 ounces of Auto-Rx to your new oil. You will be able to tell the benefits and it is very reasonable insurance that your compression and combustion will stay at max levels. Use one ounce in your power steering and just leave it there, you will stop any leaks or
stop rhem from forming.
