Oil consumption fixed!

After runnig Rx for 800 miles, my oil consumption is down considerably. I now have S2000 in and have 1000 miles on it and havn't burnt a drop. I'm impressed.

I will definitely be using Rx in another 50K miles or so, which is 1yr for me. Can anyone explain exactly how Rx fixes oil consumption problems? With a 1000 miles on this oil and averaging 75mph, not a drop has been burnt off.

Answered you buster, the oil rings probably had built up carbon that was allowing oil to seep by instead of providing a good hydrodynamic seal, valve guides may have had similar trash coated up.
