Leaving Rx in for more then 500 miles.....

Will it hurt to leave AutoRx in for 1,000 or so miles? I don't think the weather is going to allow me the chance to change the oil.

1,000 miles didn't hurt my Windstar. The oil will be fine. Your oil filter might be in bypass if you have a sludged up motor.

If you're running Auto-rx with synthetic, it's better to go 750-1000 miles anyways, since the esters in the synthetic mean the rx treatment needs to be in there a bit longer. I'm running rx in my mom's Probe GT right now, along with SuperSyn so I'm gonna run it about 1000 miles.

I'm gonna put rx in my Firebird in a few weeks, along with Schaeffer Supreme, and will run it about 1000 miles also.
