Does anyone know if this works?

My 81 T-bird is going for NJ emissions soon and I want to apply every trick in the book to help it pass the emissions dyno test (15-25 mph).

The only way to find out is to take the car to a shop to sample the tailpipe emissions and then add the stuff, and then come back again to see if any improvement followed the Bardhal application.

Also, if you can fill the tank with an ethanol blend, that helps.
