Neutra in an automatic transmission?

Is Schaeffer's Neutra 131 safe and effective to clean an automatic transmission before a complete flush?

What are the instructions?

I use a full 12oz bottle in mine for 100-500 miles then did a complete flush. Seem to work just fine. Have used it in many different trannies with no ill effects.
